By using Partly Games ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. THE SERVICE

Partly Games provides a platform for hosting and playing multiplayer party games in the browser. We're in private beta. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice.

2. YOUR CONTENT

You own any content you create (prompts, game edits, forks). By publishing content publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. Don't upload content that's illegal, hateful, or someone else's intellectual property without permission.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

Use the Service for lawful purposes only. Don't attempt to abuse the infrastructure, scrape the platform at scale, or reverse-engineer the game server. Each room spin costs us real compute — don't spam it.

4. PAID PLANS

Paid plans are billed monthly or per-export as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email us.

5. AVAILABILITY

We provide no uptime guarantee during beta. We'll do our best. Game rooms auto-expire after 20 minutes of inactivity.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partly Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. CHANGES
